3S SOT AD is inscribed in the trade register of Sofia City Court with company file 14257/2007. The company is a successor of the established in 1993 3S SOT Ltd. The founders of 3S SOT are two of the biggest and most famous for production and trade with security systems: Teletek Group Jsc. and Sensus – Security Systems, and the proven professionals in the sphere of security: Boris Garvanov and Zlatko Videnov.  

The story of 3S SOT AD begins on July 7, 1993. On this date was signed the Company Contract of 3S SOT AD.

The first name of the company – “Three S” comes from the short for Satellite Security Systems. The name was proposed byZlatko Videnov and accepted by all founders of the company.

The logo of the company is still the same for all these years.

The first Director of the company is eng. Boris Garvanov, who today is the CEO of 3S SOT AD.

The first employee is Lubomir Damianov. Today Mr. Damianov is still a member of our team.

The first cars are three cars LADA-Niva, which are changed with new ones long ago. Today the 3S SOT AD cars are more than 330.  

The first projects - taken on November 22, 1993 – Change Bureau on Vitosha blvd. in Sofia and a house in Simeonovo, which is still our client after all these years.

1996 is the beginning of the territorial development of 3S SOT Ltd. On April 4, 1996 our first filial – 3S SOT Plovdiv Ltd. With the help of 3S SOT AD another 40 companies have been founded all over Bulgaria between 1996 and 2006.

2007 – 21 Trade Companies take the decision to join 3S SOT AD. 32 stock holders decided that we are the future!
